Ingredients
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peaches, thawed
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. Amaretto
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. split ladyfingers
- 1/2 c. toasted sliced almonds
Directions

1Soften gelatin in 7/8 cup peach syrup.

2Mash the peaches. Place peaches and syrup in pan.

3Add 1/2 cup sugar and the softened gelatin.

4Stir over low heat until the gelatin is dissolved.

5Stir in Amaretto.

6Chill until peach mixture begins to thicken.

7Split ladyfingers and place them around sides and bottom of spring-form pan.

8Sprinkle almonds over bottom of pan.

9Whip the cream and sweeten with 2 tablespoons sugar.

10Fold into peach mixture.

11Spoon into spring-form pan.

12Chill for several hours.
