  • 1/2 c. oleo
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 pkg. Dream Whip or Cool Whip
  • 1 (1 lb.) can crushed pineapple, well drained

    Spread wafer crumbs in 2-quart buttered dish; save 1/2 cup for topping.

    Mix eggs, butter and powdered sugar together.

    Pour in crumbed pie shell.

    Fold in pineapple and Cool Whip.

    Pour egg mixture with pineapple.

    Cover with crumbs.

    Refrigerate overnight.
