  • 1 can (1 lb 13 oz) peaches halved or sliced
  • 1 (3-5/8 oz) pkg instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1/2 pint whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup California Sherry
  • Nutmeg

Directions

    Drain peaches well., arrange in serving dish and refrigerate. Make pudding accrding to package directions using 1 1/4 cups milk instead of 2 cups. Refrigerate 5 minutes. fold in stiffly beaten cream. Refrigerate 10 minutes. Add Sherry mixing well. Spread over peaches and fleck with nutmeg.
