Ingredients: 3/4 c. flour; 1 tsp. baking powder; 1/2 tsp. salt; 1 (3 1/4 oz.) dry vanilla pudding mix (not instant); 3 Tbsp. margarine; 1 egg; 1/2 c. milk; 15 to 20 oz. can sliced peaches or pineapple chunks, drained (reserve juice); 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened; 1/2 c. sugar; 3 Tbsp. reserved juice; 1 Tbsp. sugar; 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

Place sliced peaches or pineapple chunks over batter.

Combine the cream cheese, sugar and reserved juice and beat 2 minutes. Spoon to within 1-inch of edge of batter.

Combine the 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon.

Sprinkle over cream cheese filling.
