  • 6 or 7 medium size peaches
  • 1 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 stick (1/2 c.) butter or margarine
  • 1/2 c. sugar

    Pare and slice the peaches into 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle brown sugar over peaches.

    Blend flour, sugar and butter. Top

    peaches with this mixture.

    Bake in a 350° oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until top is golden brown.
