  • 1 9 Inch Unbaked Pie Crust
  • 2 Eggs, Beaten
  • 3/4 cups Light Corn Syrup
  • 3/4 cups Packed Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cups Flaked Sweetened Coconut
  • 3/4 cups Quick Cooking Oats
  • 1/4 cups Butter, Melted
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt

Directions

    Preheat oven to 325 F. Press the prepared and rolled pie dough into a 9-inch pie pan and fix the edges however you like. You can use either store bought or homemade crust for this recipe.

    In a large bowl, mix together the eggs, corn syrup, brown sugar, coconut, oats, butter and salt. Pour into the unbaked pie crust.

    Bake for 45 minutes or until golden. Remove from oven. Cool completely before serving.
