Peachy Cream Pie

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 3 1/4 oz. box vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. peach juice
  • 1/2 c. sugar + 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 c. sliced fresh peaches

Directions

    Beat first 5 ingredients at medium speed for 2 minutes and pour into greased pie plate.

    Place sliced peaches on top.

    Cream together in a small bowl for 2 minutes, cream cheese, peach juice and 1/2 cup sugar.

    Spoon over peaches, leaving 1-inch bare outside edge.

    Combine 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over top.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes until crust is golden brown.

    Topping will be soft until cool.
