  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 C sugar
  • 1/2 C brown sugar
  • 1/2 C shortening
  • 1/2 C peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2 T Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • Hersey Candy Kisses

Directions

  1. 1
    Cream sugars, shortening, peanut butter, egg, milk and vanilla. Mix flour, salt and soda and add to mixture. Roll into balls and then roll into colored sugar and place on cookie sheet. Cook at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and press candy kiss in the middle while cookie is still warm.
