  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1 c. butter or margarine
  • 1 c. creamy peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. candy kisses

Directions

    Cream sugars, butter and peanut butter.

    Beat in eggs, milk and vanilla.

    Sift together flour, soda and salt; stir into egg mixture.

    Shape into balls.

    Roll in additional granulated sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

    Bake in 375° oven for 10 to 12 minutes.

    Immediately press a chocolate kiss into each cookie. Makes 7 dozen.
