- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. white syrup
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 1/2 c. raw Spanish peanuts
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 tsp. soda
Directions

1Boil the sugar, water, syrup and salt to a hard boil, 250°. Add the butter and the Spanish peanuts.

2Cook to a golden brown. Remove from heat and add the vanilla and soda.

3Spread on buttered pans.
