- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. salted peanuts
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Combine sugar, corn syrup and water.

2Mix well; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until sugar dissolves.

3Continue cooking, stirring occasionally until mixture reaches 285°.

4Remove from heat at once; stir in nuts and butter.

5Cook, stirring constantly, until it reaches 295°.

6Remove; add vanilla and baking soda.

7Stir to blend.

8Pour onto well-buttered sheet.

9When cold, break into pieces.
