- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. salted peanuts
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. baking soda
Directions

1Grease 2 (15 1/2 x 12-inch) baking sheets.

2Keep warm.

3Put sugar, syrup and water in a 3-quart casserole.

4Cook in microwave oven on Full Power for 8 to 10 minutes or until soft ball stage. Stir occasionally while cooking.

5Stir in peanuts.

6Cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until hard ball stage.

7Stir in butter and soda. Pour half of candy on each sheet, spreading to 1/4-inch thick. Cool.

8Break into pieces.

9Store in airtight container.
