- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. white corn syrup
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. butter
- 2 c. raw peanuts
- 2 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Using large kettle, boil first four ingredients until thread stage (238°).

2Add butter and peanuts.

3Stir; cook until golden brown (300°).

4Remove from heat and add baking soda.

5Mixture will bubble up.

6Mix well.

7Pour into a well-greased cookie sheet. When cool, break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
