- 2 c. white sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 c. peanuts
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
Directions

1Cook sugar, syrup and water to 250°, then add margarine and peanuts

2and cook to 310°. (Will be light brown.) Remove from heat. Add vanilla and soda.

3Stir fast; no lumps.

4Foams up quick.

5Pour quickly onto buttered cookie sheet; don't try to spread. Cool, then break.
