- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. white syrup
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. Spanish peanuts
- 1 1/2 tsp. soda
Directions

1Boil sugar, salt, white syrup and water to 275°.

2Add butter and vanilla.

3Boil to 290°.

4Add Spanish peanuts.

5Boil to 300°. Remove from heat and add soda.

6Pour in buttered cookie sheet. Let cool and break in pieces.
