- 1/2 c. water
- 2 1/4 c. Spanish peanuts
- 1 1/2 t. baking soda
- 2 T. butter
Directions

1Cook all ingredients (except butter and soda) to 310. Add butter, stir well. Add soda. Stir quickly. Pour onto cookie sheet. 310 degrees (Hard Crack Stage)
