  • 2 1/4 c. white sugar
  • 3/4 c. Karo syrup
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 1/4 c. Spanish peanuts
  • 1 1/2 t. baking soda
  • 2 T. butter

Directions

    Cook all ingredients (except butter and soda) to 310. Add butter, stir well. Add soda. Stir quickly. Pour onto cookie sheet. 310 degrees (Hard Crack Stage)
