- 100 grams caster sugar
- 50 grams peanuts
Directions

1Place baking paper on a baking tray

2Add the caster sugar to a pan and slowly melt.

3It will clump together as melting and then go a cloudy colour and then golden brown

4Once melted add the peanuts to the pan and mix together

5Once mixed tip out onto the baking paper and spread out.

6(Caution as the sugar will be hot)

7Leave to cool until set

8Break into pieces and enjoy.
