  • 100 grams caster sugar
  • 50 grams peanuts

Directions

    Place baking paper on a baking tray

    Add the caster sugar to a pan and slowly melt.

    It will clump together as melting and then go a cloudy colour and then golden brown
  4. 4
    Once melted add the peanuts to the pan and mix together
  5. 5
    Once mixed tip out onto the baking paper and spread out.

    (Caution as the sugar will be hot)

    Leave to cool until set
  8. 8
    Break into pieces and enjoy.
