  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 50 grams Maple syrup
  • 50 grams Milk
  • 50 grams Vegetable oil

    Preheat the oven to 180C.

    Measure out the dry ingredients in a bowl, and with the bowl still on the scale, measure out the maple syrup, milk, and vegetable oil, in this order.

    Quickly whisk the mixture together.

    If you whisk too much or for too long, the muffins will not rise, so be careful.

    Pour the batter into the muffin tins, and bake for 25 minutes in the oven.

    Once baked, remove the muffins from the oven, and let them cool in the pan.
