- 100 grams Cake flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 50 grams Maple syrup
- 50 grams Milk
- 50 grams Vegetable oil
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 180C.

2Measure out the dry ingredients in a bowl, and with the bowl still on the scale, measure out the maple syrup, milk, and vegetable oil, in this order.

3Quickly whisk the mixture together.

4If you whisk too much or for too long, the muffins will not rise, so be careful.

5Pour the batter into the muffin tins, and bake for 25 minutes in the oven.

6Once baked, remove the muffins from the oven, and let them cool in the pan.
