- 3 cups caster sugar
- 1 cup water
- 12 cup unsalted dry roasted peanuts
- 12 paddle-pop sticks
Directions

1Stir sugar and the water in medium heavy-based saucepan over heat until sugar dissolves.

2Bring to a boil; boil about 10 minutes or until toffee turns golden brown.

3Remove pan from heat; allow bubbles to subside.

4Meanwhile, divide nuts among two greased 12-hole (1-tablespoon/20ml) mini muffin pans.

5Cut paddle-pop sticks in half.

6Pour toffee slowly over nuts; cool pops about 10 minutes.

7Position a paddle-pop stick, cut-side down, in each pop.

8Cool at room temperature.
