- 1 (16 oz.) jar fudge syrup (I use Mrs. Richardson's)
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- 1 c. Spanish peanuts

1Crush cookies and mix with melted margarine.

2Press 3/4 of mixture into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Spread soft ice cream over crumbs and freeze.
