  • 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 (16 oz.) jar fudge syrup (I use Mrs. Richardson's)
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1 c. Spanish peanuts

Directions

    Crush cookies and mix with melted margarine.

    Press 3/4 of mixture into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Spread soft ice cream over crumbs and freeze.
