Peanut Butter Bread Sticks

- 8 slices thin sandwich bread
- 1/4 c. peanut butter
- 1/4 c. cooking oil
- Ritz crackers, rolled fine (can use saltine crackers)
Directions

1Trim off bread crust and cut each slice in four pieces (sticks).

2Combine peanut butter and cooking oil.

3Toast bread sticks in 250° oven until crisp, about 30 minutes.

4Dip each piece of toasted bread in peanut butter mixture and then roll in cracker crumbs.

5Lay out on cookie sheet for at least 12 hours.

6These may be frozen.
