- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/4 c. creamy peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp. granulated brown sugar replacement
- 1 Tbsp. granulated sugar replacement
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Cream together the margarine, peanut butter and sugar replacements.

2Add egg, water and vanilla, beating until fluffy. Combine flour, baking soda and baking powder together; blend into creamed mixture.

3Chill thoroughly, at least 2 hours or overnight. Drop by teaspoons onto lightly greased cookie sheets, 2 to 3 inches apart.

4Press flat with a floured bottom of a small glass. Bake at 375° for 12 to 15 minutes.
