  • 1 package devil's food cake mix
  • 1 package (3 oz) French vanilla pudding mix
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup Kahlua
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 1/4 cup + a little more applesauce
  • 6 - 8 oz chocolate chips
  • powdered sugar to sprinkle on top

    Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients by hand. Place mixture in greased bundt pan and bake for 45 - 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Take out of oven and let sit for 15 - 30 minutes. Then turn over onto plate. Top with powdered sugar when cooled.
