- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped fine
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped fine
- 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth
- 1 (10 ounce) box frozen corn
- 1 cup light cream or 1 cup half-and-half
Directions

1Saute onion and celery in butter till tender.

2Remove from heat and add peanut butter stirring until melted.

3Stir in broth and corn.

4Bring to a boil stirring frequently.

5Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6Remove from heat and stir in cream.

7Reheat just until hot not allowing to come to a boil.
