- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 36 mini-peanut butter cups
Directions

1Cream sugar, brown sugar, margarine, egg, peanut butter and vanilla until creamy.

2Then add flour, soda and salt.

3Stir until smooth.

4Roll into 36 balls.

5Place in mini-cupcake tins.

6Bake at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes.

7When they come out of oven, put mini-peanut butter cup in each muffin tin.

8Cool completely.

9Take out of tins.

10Makes 3 dozen.
