- 1/2 lb. butter, room temperature
- 18 oz. peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 jar Marshmallow Creme
- 1 1/2 lb. confectioners powdered sugar
Directions

1In mixer bowl, cream butter.

2Add peanut butter, Marshmallow Creme and vanilla.

3Mix well.

4Gradually add sugar, adding more or less for an easily shaped dough.

5Mix well.

6Knead dough a few minutes by hand or with a kneading attachment to mixer.

7Mold dough by hand into egg shapes or balls and place on wax paper. Melt chocolate in double boiler or in microwave oven.

8Dip eggs, one at a time.

9Place on wax paper.

10Freeze 1 hour.

11Store in refrigerator or freezer.
