Peanut Butter Fudge

  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 lb. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 3/4 c. smooth or crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 lb. powdered sugar

Directions

    In medium saucepan, melt margarine; stir in brown sugar and milk.

    Bring to a boil; boil and stir 2 minutes.

    Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter and vanilla.

    Mix in powdered sugar; beat until smooth.

    Spread into buttered 9-inch square baking pan. Chill until firm.

    Cut into squares.
