Peanut Butter Fudge

  • 2 Tbsp. peanut butter
  • 1/3 c. nonfat dry skim milk
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. water

Directions

    In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients.

    Mix well. Place onto wax paper.

    Shape into a rectangle 1/2-inch high. Chill at least 30 minutes.

    Cut into squares.
