  • 12 cup light peanut butter
  • 13 light margarine
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 2 -3 tablespoons low-fat milk

Directions

    In a medium bowl, whip peanut butter and margarine together until creamy.

    Stir in 1/2 cup icing sugar and 1 tablespoons milk, until combined.

    Stir in other 1/2 cup icing sugar and 1 tablespoons milk.

    If icing seems too thick add in one more tablespoons milk.

    Cover bowl and let rest in fridge 1/2 hour until firm, spread on baked good(s) store unused icing in an air tight container for up to 3 days.
