- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. cake flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Cream together peanut butter and butter.

2Add sugar and cream until smooth.

3Add eggs; beat well.

4Add dry ingredients alternately with milk.

5Add vanilla.

6Pour batter into greased and floured 8-inch square pans.

7Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

8Cool in pan 10 minutes.

9Finish cooling on rack.

10Frost with Velvet Frosting.
