- 8 ounces, weight Whole Wheat Pasta
- 1 pound Green Beans, Cleaned And Snapped
- 1 teaspoon Oil
- 1 whole Onion, Diced
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 2 teaspoons Diced, Fresh Ginger
- 3/4 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/2 cups Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cups Coconut Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Brown Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
- 1 pinch Salt And Pepper
Directions

1Cook pasta in a large pot of water until al dente (according to package instructions for al dente).

2Drain and set aside.

3In a large pot, cover green beans with water and oil green beans for about 8 minutes.

4Then drain them and incorporate into the pasta.

5Saute oil, onion, garlic, and ginger for about 3 minutes.

6Add all other ingredients and bring to a boil/bubble.

7Mix peanut sauce with the pasta and green beans.

8Add a little more coconut milk or oil if you want a slightly thinner sauce.
