  • 8 ounces, weight Whole Wheat Pasta
  • 1 pound Green Beans, Cleaned And Snapped
  • 1 teaspoon Oil
  • 1 whole Onion, Diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 2 teaspoons Diced, Fresh Ginger
  • 3/4 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/2 cups Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cups Coconut Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Brown Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 pinch Salt And Pepper

Directions

    Cook pasta in a large pot of water until al dente (according to package instructions for al dente).

    Drain and set aside.

    In a large pot, cover green beans with water and oil green beans for about 8 minutes.

    Then drain them and incorporate into the pasta.

    Saute oil, onion, garlic, and ginger for about 3 minutes.

    Add all other ingredients and bring to a boil/bubble.

    Mix peanut sauce with the pasta and green beans.

    Add a little more coconut milk or oil if you want a slightly thinner sauce.
