  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
  • 1 c. dark corn syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

    In medium mixing bowl, beat eggs, sugar, peanut butter, corn syrup and vanilla at medium speed until blended. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350° until crust is brown and filling is puffy, about 50 to 60 minutes. Cool on wire rack before cutting. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
