Peanut Butter Pie

  • 3 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese, soften to room temperature
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/3 c. crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 (8 or 9 oz.) container Cool Whip
  • 1 baked graham cracker pie shell

Directions

    Mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar and peanut butter with a fork.

    Add the Cool Whip gradually, about 2 or 3 heaping tablespoons at a time.

    Put into baked pie shell and put in freezer for several hours.

    Once cut, refrigerate.
