  • 1 c. water
  • 1/4 c. powdered sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 c. white syrup
  • peanut butter

    Mix syrup and water.

    Pour in sugar.

    Add pinch of salt.

    Boil until mixture forms a hard ball in cold water and threads from spoon (260°).

    Pour syrup mixture slowly over beaten egg whites, beating all the while.

    Add vanilla, with beater on high speed, beat until mixture is firm.
