  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. candied cherries (green and red)

Directions

    Bring the sugar and water to a boil; cook well until sugar dissolves.

    Add the whipping cream; cook to soft ball stage (238° on candy thermometer).

    Cool and beat until mixture starts to cream.

    Add the nuts, coconut and cherries.

    Mix and pour into mold lined with Reynolds Wrap.
