- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. dark corn syrup
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 c. chopped roasted Wakefield Peanut Company peanuts
- 9-inch unbaked deep dish pastry shell
Directions

1Beat eggs until foamy.

2Add sugar, syrup, butter, salt and vanilla; continue to beat until thoroughly blended.

3Stir in peanuts.

4Pour into unbaked pastry shell.

5Bake in a 375° oven for 50 to 55 minutes.

6Serve warm or cold.
