- unsalted peanuts
- flour
- salt and pepper
- oil for frying
- egg and water wash
Directions

1Slice pork lengthways into about three fillets, then slice into bite-sized pieces.

2Place unsalted peanuts in food processor with knife blade; process until they are the consistency of flour.

3Be careful not to make peanut butter.

4Mix peanut flour with all-purpose flour (half and half).

5Add salt and pepper to taste, set aside.

6Beat one egg and add as much water.

7Dip meat in egg wash, then into peanut flour.

8Drop into hot grease and fry until golden brown and crispy.
