Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanuts, unsalted and roasted
  • 12 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 12 cup coconut milk, unsweetened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 14 teaspoon red curry paste
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 12-1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional ( use if you want it to be a thicker paste for dipping or if you just prefer it thicker)
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 cup water

Directions

    Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.

    Heat in a saucepan.

    Bring it to a boil and then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes while stirring continually.
