  • 14 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 18 cup tamari
  • 4 ounces red curry paste
  • 1 bunch Thai basil
  • 4 kafir fresh lime leaves
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 12 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 12 ounces coconut milk
  • 14 cup cilantro
  • 18 cup brown sugar
  • 2 ounces lime juice
  • 12 cup scallion
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic

Directions

    place coconut milk in pan on the stove over low heat --.
