- 1 each pie shell (9 inch) 9 inch, baked
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups milk scalded
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 3 each egg yolks beaten
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 23 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions

1Combine powdered sugar and peanut butter blend until the appearance of biscuit mix.

2Spread 3/4 of this mixture on the bottom of the pie shell.

3Combine cornstarch, sugar and salt.

4Add scalded milk and mix well.

5Cook in top of double boiler until mixture thickens add butter and vanilla, then pour into baked pie shell.

6You can make meringue with the leftover egg whites, or use whipped topping.

7Sprinkle remaining peanut butter mixture over topping.
