  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. wheat germ
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground coriander
  • 1 c. lemon yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped pears (canned or very ripe, fresh)

    Combine the 2 mixtures and gently fold in the pears by hand. Pour the mixture into a greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
