  • 4 pears or 2 1/2 c. chopped pears
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp. cinnamon
