  • 3 c. canned pears, drained
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. white sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 c. melted margarine or butter

Directions

    Mix pear slices with brown sugar in baking dish.

    Set aside. Mix flour, sugar, salt and cinnamon and set aside.

    Beat egg; mix with flour mixture.

    Spread over fruit.

    Pour melted margarine on top.

    Bake at 375° about 45 minutes until lightly browned.

    Serve warm.
