- 3 c. canned pears, drained
- 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
- 3/4 c. flour
- 3/4 c. white sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. melted margarine or butter
Directions

1Mix pear slices with brown sugar in baking dish.

2Set aside. Mix flour, sugar, salt and cinnamon and set aside.

3Beat egg; mix with flour mixture.

4Spread over fruit.

5Pour melted margarine on top.

6Bake at 375° about 45 minutes until lightly browned.

7Serve warm.
