- 3 lb. ground pears
- 5 lb. sugar
- 1 large can and 1 small can crushed pineapple
Directions

1Mix together.

2Bring to boil slowly on medium or medium-low heat.

3Boil for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally to make sure it doesn't scorch.

4Test for doneness by placing a spoonful on a saucer, placing in freezer, about 3 minutes.

5If it's like jelly, it's done.

6Put in hot jars and seal.

7Great on oatmeal muffins.
