- 4 c. cooked pears
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 large box jello (orange, strawberry or peach)
Directions

1Peel pears; cover with water.

2Cook until done; drain.

3Mash pears; measure out 4 cups.

4Add sugar and jello.

5Cook until it starts to boil, stirring constantly.

6Cook 20 to 25 minutes.

7Pour into heated jars.

8Seal with hot lids and rings.

9Makes 3 to 4 pints.
