  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 to 1 1/2 qt. cooked pears
  • apple pie spice
  • 1 golden butter cake mix
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Melt oleo in a 9 x 13-inch pan; pour pears; sweeten to taste with apple pie spice sprinkled on pears.

    Sprinkle cake mix on top of pears; use a fork to stick all through for juice to come on cake mix.

    Spread pecans on top.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
