- 1 large can pimentos
- 4 large red peppers
- 1 qt. vinegar
- 2 tsp. powdered ground (dry) mustard
- 2 tsp. turmeric
- 1 hot pepper (more if you like it hot)
- 4 large green peppers
- 2 lb. onions
- 4 c. sugar
Directions

1Peel and grind in food chopper until you have 1 gallon of pears.

2Place in a large pan and add 1 cup salt.

3Let stand 1 hour.

4Squeeze out all juice and then add ingredients.

5Cook for 20 minutes.

6Seal in jars.
