  • 1 medium ripe pear (bartlett or anjou)
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1/2 cup milk (I use 2%)

    Peel pear and cut in pieces.

    Blend until smooth.
