- 3 tbsp. pure carob, grated
- 1 tbsp. frozen apple juice, thawed
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp. skim milk
Directions

1Put a pear half in each of 8 dessert dishes.

2Mix together the cheese, skim milk, apple juice and vanilla; blend until smooth.

3Spoon this mixture on each of the pear halves.
