- 6 pear halves, cooked until tender
- 2 (4 oz.) bars German sweet chocolate, melted
- 1 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened
- 6 individual meringues
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
Directions

1Drain pear halves and allow to dry on a towel.

2Dip each half in melted chocolate and place on ice cream filled meringue.

3Top with whipped cream and store in freezer until 20 minutes before serving.
