  • 6 pear halves, cooked until tender
  • 2 (4 oz.) bars German sweet chocolate, melted
  • 1 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 6 individual meringues
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped

Directions

    Drain pear halves and allow to dry on a towel.

    Dip each half in melted chocolate and place on ice cream filled meringue.

    Top with whipped cream and store in freezer until 20 minutes before serving.
